PT. Damarina Sumber Bahari as a fish processor company is supported with complete facility to effort a good quality product, the facilities are have a good qualification standard sanitation operating procedures and good manufacturing practice based on integrated Quality Management Program HACCP, these supporting facilities are :

Cold Storage

Storing is on of important part to maintain the quality of the product so we effort supporting facility to store our good product in:

1. Cold Storage No.1 with room capacity for storing 250 MT, and freezing temperature degree     from -25c to -30c
2. Cold Storage No.2 with room capacity for storing 100 MT, and freezing temperature degree     from -25c to -30c
3. Cold Storage No.3 with room capacity for storing 40 MT, and freezing temperature
    degree to  -40c
4. Air Blast Freezer temperature -40c
Processing Room 1

This room designed to process fresh whole fish with handling capacity up to 20 tons of fresh fish per day. We always make the process according to standard good manufacturing practice and good qualification of standard sanitation operating procedures based on integrated Quality Management Program HACCP to produce a good quality and hygiene of fresh fish product.
    


    

Processing Room 2

Processing room no.2 designed to produced a finest quality of processed fish product, supported with well-trained personal and the good qualification of hygiene following to standard sanitation operating procedures based on Integrated Quality Management Program HACCP. This processing room shall make a fines quality of many kind of product, such as :
Processed Tuna Saku, Steak, Barbecue, Loin; Processed Bottom Fish; Lobster;
Processed Marling, Chunk and Steak;








Standard as required by importers and Distributor.

Ice Factory

Ice Factory with capacity 40 tons a day supplies to support all operational needs of ice blocks to maintained
the freshness of cached fish in the vessel's deck, including:
